To play friendly against Peru in May, and three qualifiers in June

With just a month before the Super Eagles of Nigeria play an international friendly match with Peru, the team’s technical crew has called on all players of the team to reconvene in the Federal Capital, Abuja on Sunday May 6.

The Super Eagles have busy weeks ahead, with the match against Peru holding in Lima on May 23 and three crucial Nations Cup and World Cup qualifiers against Namibia, Rwanda and Malawi in June.

Eagles Spokesman, Ben Alaiya while quoting National Team Scribe, Dayo Achor, revealed that the friendly encounter between Nigeria and Gabon has been put on hold until both parties agree on a mutually beneficial date.

Meanwhile Super Eagles Head Coach, Stephen Keshi is expected in the country on Sunday, April 29, from the United States, where he has been on holiday, to start preparing grounds for the team’s resumption for crucial friendlies and qualifiers.
