Ghana?s leading I.C.T firm rLG has signed a partnership agreement with global software giant Microsoft.?The partnership will see rLG products running on Microsoft?s operating system especially the all new Windows 8 which is yet to be launched by the end of the year around the world.

By this partnership, all products including laptops, desktop computers and tablets manufactured by rLG will be operating on Windows software.

The Chief Executive Officer of rLG, Roland Agambire indicated that the partnership is a major boost for the company as it spreads its foot hold in the West African sub region as it strives to be a competitive global brand.

In an interview Mr. Agambire indicated that considering the kind of partnership they have , it only means that they will be able to give value to Ghanaians, and allows rlg to?make the Microsoft Windows much more affordable in terms of the pricing. “We have very good pricing with Microsoft and we?d be able to deliver that to the doorsteps of the consumer.?This partnership would not adversely affect our prices in terms of the products that we offer ? our laptops and desktops to the Ghanaian and the African continent as a whole.”
