?Nana Mensah Bonsu, the head of Ntensere Asona Royal family has finally been pronounced by His Royal Majesty Otumfuo Osei Tutu II, Asantehene as the true custodian of the Ntensere fetish god ?Obuomensah? and Ntensere stool lands which shares boundaries with river Owabi, river Offin and Beshie stream on the Kumasi-Sunyani road.

According to the judgement passed by Otumfuo Osei Tutu II, the Ntensere Stool lands which belong to the Fetish Priest (Bosomfuo) of the fetish god, Obourmensah will be demarcated with some given to the Odikro of Akroponghene who exist in Ntensere? after Nana Mensah Bonsu and the Ntensere Asona Royal Family who are the Custodians of the fetish god, Obourmensah have appointed a fetish Priest (Bosomfuo) for the fetish god, Obourmensah subsequent to when the god has?rightfully been handed over to them??and present to him??Asantehene??through the Nsumankwahene so as to pave way for the necessary customary arrangements to be made.

The fetish god, Obourmensah according to the?judgment is to?be properly respected and served so that peace could prevail at Ntensere.

Also, after the demarcation and distribution of the plots of the Ntensere Stool Lands among the various parties, Otumfuo Osei Tutu II has promised to?ensure that all misunderstandings are resolved amicably.

If reader would recall, a? firestorm of controversy for the past two years gained momentum? between elders of the Ntensere Asona Royal Family? and Chiefs of Akropong and Oyokohene Nana Appiah Sarfo Kantanka and D.K.C respectively all within the Atwima Nwabiagya constituency over a long standing land litigation.

The latter parties Nana Appiah Sarfo and Yokohene according to background of the story was said?to have connived, relegated to the background the great of oath of Asantehene Otumfuo Osei Tutu II that refrains them from selling stool lands belonging to Ntensere and secretly exploited them, making? illegal sales of over 160 plots worth billions of Cedis to individuals without the knowledge of Ntensere Asona royal family.

A large portion?of the stool lands and properties of Ntensere which for the past six years have been subjected under the great oath of Asantehene was tempered with by Akroponghene, selling 100 plots out of which two were sold to a prominent?business man, a cement dealer in Kumasi called Nana K. Gyasi at the cost of 360 million old Ghana Cedis with Yokohene a.k.a D.K.C selling 60 plots.

The Chief of Akropong Nana Appiah Sarfo Kantanka?was?punched with another?charge of an illegal sale of over 15 residential quarters built at Ntensere by KASAGYAN Company limited to a Chinese company in Kumasi called C.G.C Limited at an estimated cost of One billion old Ghana Cedis without?the knowledge of elders of the Asona Royal?family of Ntensere.
