They demanded a meeting with the top hierarchy of the party without which they will continue to shirk their work for the NDC party.

The serial callers are however back to work after a meeting with party leadership. “Many promises were made to us and we are returning to work based on these promises and hope that the leaders of our party will keep their promises within a stipulated time or else, we will relapse into another boycott of political activity”, Chairman of the Media Monitors Abdul Latif Abdulahi (Julius Agahowa) told rawgist.com in an interview and added that many of the members of the Association are still not happy with the decision to work based on promises due to past experiences.

“We apologize to our members who were not happy with the decision. What we did was in the interest of the party and we thank God our leaders also showed concern and seem willing to find solutions to our problems”, he added.
