The Lake View Group of Companies with headquarters in Jachie of the Bosomtwi District has donated an amount of GH¢ 1, 200.00 in appreciation on their Annual Harvest held over the weekend to assist the area.
This not withstanding, they have promised to offer an easily accessible opportunity where needy and brilliant students will be sponsored on scholarships to facilitate their education career.
The Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Agyenim Boateng mentioned this to the The Moment at Jachie and stated that, it was their contribution to ensuring development for the town.
He emphasized that his outfit recognized the need for quality education delivery and the importance of higher learning for students who have the interest but noted that there are some hindrances that can prevent this ambition of students from coming into fruition which they are committed to help address.
He lamented that government alone cannot single-handedly provide solutions to the educational problems of this country but much relies on the assistance and support of all other concerned stakeholders.
It is on this basis, he said, is why he is supporting education delivery by committing much funds to brilliant students who lack the necessary financial support.
Mr. Agyenim reiterated that Lake View Group of Companies comprising of Microfinance Limited and an Educational Complex started about two years ago is making this aim possible through its affordable services and products and through its institutional benefits is sponsoring hundreds of students within the Bosomtwi District on scholarships to pursue formal education.
“This is the way through which we can ensure nation building and development by training our future leaders and impacting in them the requisite knowledge essential for contributing to development,” he affirmed.
According to him, social responsibilities to needy communities are a development in itself and a complementary effort to those made by government which can expand growth of the nation rapidly.
He said, they were concerned with expanding their service delivery to the people by creating a wealthy environment for all customers and clients in areas on education, health and other vital sectors of importance.
