Manchester City midfielder Phil Foden has warned Arsenal Football Club that the Premier League title race is far from over, insisting the contest could run all the way to the final day of the season.

Foden delivered the message after a man-of-the-match display in City’s commanding 3-0 victory over Crystal Palace on Wednesday night, a result that piles fresh pressure on the Gunners at the top of the table.

The England international set up goals for Antoine Semenyo and Omar Marmoush to give City a two-goal cushion before half time. Savinho added a third after a strong run from Rayan Cherki sealed a dominant performance.

Speaking to Sky Sports after the game, Foden made clear that City intend to chase Arsenal down regardless of the points gap.

“The aim is to keep pushing and keep them on their toes,” Foden said, adding that final-day drama is never far away in English football.

The 24-year-old drew on personal experience of title races that have shifted dramatically in the closing rounds, a nod to City’s remarkable late-season comebacks in previous campaigns.

The win reinforces City’s position as Arsenal’s most dangerous rivals and sets up what could be a tense run-in to the end of the 2025/26 Premier League season.
