The Board chairman of Mysterious Dwarfs, Nana Adu has apologized profusely to the many football loving fans in Ghana over the actions of fans of the Cape-Coast based club during the match day 19 Glo Premier league game against Aduana Stars.
Speaking to Happy Sports, the Chairman regretted the incident and apologized to the Ghana Football Association saying “I
apologise to the Ghana Referees Association, PLB and the FA for the incident and plead for forgiveness and I promise that
wont happen again”
He then made the revelation that he met some management team members of Ebusua Dwarfs and they have resolved to pay
the bills of the referee who was assaulted by the fans.
“I have sat down with the management team members who are in Accra and we have agreed that referee Kyeremanteng’s medical bills  will be settled by us”. He said.
Despite his plea for forgiveness, Nana Adu asked the FA to equally tread cautiously in selection of referees because referee Kyeremanteng has officiated in a game
that involved Dwarfs which the fans suspected foul play.
In their week 19 league game against Aduana at Cape-Coast, fans of Mysterious Ebusua Dwarfs attacked referee Kyeremanteng after the game after accusing him
of deliberately refusing to allow a goal that was scored in the dying embers of the game by Dwarfs.
