DigCut Production and Advertising Plc has informed shareholders and the investing public that the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) has granted it an extension of time to submit and file its audited financial statements for the year ended December 31, 2025.
The Accra-based advertising and media production company, which has been listed on the Ghana Stock Exchange (GSE) since April 2018, announced the extension in a public notice dated March 30, 2026. The new deadline for submission of the financial statements is April 14, 2026.
The notice was signed by Swanzy Yankey, General Manager of DigCut Production and Advertising Plc. No reason for the extension was stated in the regulatory disclosure.
DigCut operates in advertising, production, public relations and outdoor advertising services, and trades on the GSE under the ticker symbol DIGICUT. The company is headquartered in Accra.
