The matches take on added significance as the team prepares to debut Puma’s newly released World Cup kits, which went on sale on March 24 after a high-profile global launch in Brooklyn, New York. The kit launch featured football legend Asamoah Gyan as Ghana’s representative, with the event blending football, live music, and cultural celebration.
The home kit features a predominantly white base with gold-yellow accents and intricate patterns inspired by traditional Ghanaian art and Adinkra symbols, while the away strip adopts a bold golden-yellow design paying homage to Ghana’s historic Gold Coast identity.
