The 37 lorry station has not seen any upgrade for some time now making it difficult for vehicles and passengers to freely move within it.
Speaking to SpyGhana.com, Mr. Kweku Frimpong, Chairman of the 37 lorry station laments over poor nature of the station which he says has become full of potholes.
??The sweepers do not sweep well. There is no light. We have informed La-Dadekotopon Municipal Assembly but up till now, they are yet to fix it, though we pay our taxes to them,’ he said.
We have about 700 vehicles that operate in our station. There is also a vast land behind the current station and we are appealing to the authorities to release that land to us. We will use our own money to develop it into a modern bus terminal, he added.
