Among the items were quantities of cement, generators, streetlight bulbs, roofing sheets, rain coats, torch lights, pick axes, shovels and wellington boots.

Ms. Agnes Kusi, the District Chief Executive (DCE), presenting the items at Odumase near Sunyani, stated that the Assembly was ready to partner any institution and organisation that was ready to assist in the development process of the District, especially in the area of education and disaster management.
Ms Kusi said the items were going to be used in the construction of school blocks in some of the recipient communities and others would be use to help restore the properties and houses of whose who lost it through fires disaster.
She said the donation was again going to sustain development in the beneficiary communities to advance their living conditions as well as encourage taskforces to continue with their communal labour exercises to get everyone in a communities involved in the nation’s progress.
Madam Juliana Arthur, Headmistress of Odumase Model School and Mr. Francis Amponsah, Assemblyman of Yentreso Electoral area who received the items on behalf of the beneficiaries, thanked the Assembly and promised that all the items would be used for their intended purposes.
