
Warri Wolves again snatched a point at Enyimba with a goalless draw on Sunday after they also cancelled out Rangers in Enugu.
Wolves went to Aba like a wounded lion and fought hard to get a favourable result.
Enyimba forward Chimezie Amanfor said that they would have won but for several squandered chances in the first half.
“It was a game we ought to have won, but unfortunately we were unable to convert the many chances we had in the first half. We will bounce back,” Amanfor said
Wolves captain Azubuike Egwuekwe said that they are happy to take a draw home as they fought hard for it.
“It was not a bad result, we went to Aba for a fight. We fought hard and came back with a point. We deserved what we got in Aba,” he offered.
