Speaking on Thursday in Bamako during the agreement signing ceremony, head of the UN Peacekeeping Mission in Mali (MINUSMA) Mongo Hamdi said with this aid, UNDAF had made a significant contribution to Mali’s national priorities which include peace and security, governance, access to basic social services, economy and environment.

UN will continue supporting actions of the Malian government that are aimed at advancing the reforms agenda and reinforce public institutions, deepen the decentralization process and guarantee respect for human rights, he affirmed.
