A 15-year-old girl from West London has reportedly become the youngest person in England and Wales to be barred from entering every retail and commercial premises in both countries, after admitting to multiple breaches of a court order and two counts of assault.
The teenager was originally issued a Criminal Behaviour Order (CBO) in June 2025 following a series of incidents across West London. The order banned her from all private retail and commercial premises throughout England and Wales and placed additional restrictions on her movements and associations.
She later appeared before Ealing Magistrates Court after admitting to nine CBO breaches. The assault charges stemmed from a New Year’s Eve altercation in which she and another girl attacked two Uber Eats delivery drivers during a dispute over a Big Mac order. Prosecutors told the court that CCTV footage showed punches being thrown before one driver was kicked in the back. One of the drivers subsequently stopped working in the area.
Further breaches included entering a Greggs branch in defiance of the nationwide retail ban and allegedly causing a disturbance outside a German Doner Kebab outlet, which led to her arrest.
The defence raised attention deficit hyperactivity disorder as a contributing factor in her conduct. Presiding magistrate Rex Da Rocha rejected that as sufficient mitigation, stating that “the public needed protection from her behaviour.”
The court handed the teenager an 18-month youth rehabilitation order, a four-month curfew with electronic tagging requirements, and a fine of £296.
