TotalEnergies Marketing Ghana PLC has announced the payment of a final dividend for the 2024 financial year. Shareholders will receive GHS 2.5665 per ordinary share.
The payment is scheduled for Monday, August 25, 2025, according to the company’s official notice released on July 10, 2025.
To qualify for this dividend, investors must be registered in the company’s share register by the close of business on Friday, July 18, 2025.
This date determines shareholder eligibility for the upcoming payout. The notice was issued from Accra under the current administration of President John Mahama.
The company will close its register of members from Monday, July 21, 2025, to Friday, July 25, 2025, inclusive.
This temporary closure facilitates the accurate compilation of the shareholder list entitled to the dividend. Registrars and the Central Securities Depository will manage the process during this period.
Critically, the ex-dividend date is set for Wednesday, July 16, 2025. Investors purchasing TotalEnergies Ghana shares on or after this date will not receive the final dividend.
