Prior to taking the senatorial ticket of Anambra central under APGA , he has splinter of good things done and also majority of aborminable acts and because we are in the quest of sending the best to represent the Central ,as we all remembered , when the center cannot hold , it leaves the entire body in shambles ,so ANAMBRA CENTRAL is the pillar that holds the state , meaning that focus shall always be on the central.
Now the chronicles or call it the making of SIR VICTOR UMEH first initiation into the main stream politics ,his stepping into the field to canvass for vote ,the time for him to spend not the reverse where candidates send to him TURKEYS,FOWLS,CHICKEN,GOATS,SHEEP,BAGS OF RICE , PLENTY OF CASH just to entice him and lure him to have some soft spot on the candidate ,this time he is the one that gives those articles ,today he is the one that moves from place to place and beg to be voted.
This is the time for him to suffer same faith that politicians lived with through out the election period , where they sleep for fews hours ,receive visitors that will come in to pledge allegiance and ask for transport fares only for them to move on to your opponent and tell them everything they saw in your camp and house for same token they took from you. The time those you consider close to you will make trade of your heart to heart discussion with them just for little token .
Now I want to remember ?Before he took the Ticket without going through primaries which is a great mistake ,because that would,ve prepared him for what politics is all about ,he should,ve gone through party primaries and taste the primary stage of HIGH BLOOD PRESSURE which must come from the conspiratorial agenda of those you call your own people ,after that ,you will be prepared for any shocker that will follow ,but because he cut corners ,,let,s proceed..
We remembered how he refused to be checked at Abuja Airpot during the EBOLA NIGHTMARE ,when every passenger must be tested with machine that takes 5 seconds to read your temperature ,but our aspirant refused to be tested and that was the beginning of giving the party a very bad name.
At Women and Children Development center Awka ,the Aspirant jumped down from his SUV and rushed a serving Police officer on duty for asking his convoy to stop a while to enable congestion in the area to be controlled .He wrestled the police officer badly but we thank goodness that the man is a senior officer and not the type that stays at check point ,had reverse been the case ,we may have heard that word we dread so much ?ACCIDENTIAL DISCHARGE?,and moving on..
He breathed down the neck of the Governor and got the man to use state resources to pull down all the BILL BOARDS of perceived political heavy weights that will give him trouble at the pool.
He also used same method to ridicule the law breakers sorry I mean Law makers of the state by making them to promulgate a law that is high above them ,a law that will supersede that of the Federal ,imagine a state house of ashemebly singing into law a useless law that will stop a serving member of the House of Representative from campaigning in her constituency just because she is more powerful and loaded than any LONG CAP .Well they passed the law in the middle of the night and by day break ,it became useless and obsolete .Moving on ,,,
He goes to towns and let me say ,even to the town of the DG CAMPIAGN of the sitting Governor and verbally attacked him with all sought of gutter language that can only be heard at UPPER IWEKA PARKS and he forgot that NGWELE riri enu oji aburo zi nwa ,well Chief Joe Martins Uzodike is never a small time politician ,he cut his political teeth with Governor JIM NWOBODO as SA then ,by then many of us are still trying to imagine the difference between a TAIL and a TALE .
I will not mention the AGULU invasion that resulted in the stone parade or the latest insult to AGULU as a town by summoning the PG AND IGWE to appear before him .
Because I am on my Holliday spot and will like to submit this and move on for a heavy breakfast ,I will cut to the chase ..Recently Sir Victor Umeh has been going around town using Vigilantes to unleash terror or POSTER PASTING BOYS .The one that pained me the most is the one he met at Neni Junction and also Amawbia junction where he jumped down by himself ,rushed the boys and get one of them ,give the boy a serious kick in his NADIKE OGBOGU[PRICK] ,beat him to pulp ,drag him on the floor and lock him up with the law ,now do not ask me what was the crime of those boys because I will tell you before you ask ,,,,they were doing what is normal in politics ,,they were pasting posters same way they are doing even in NOLLYWOOD ,they will use the poster they have and cover any one that they met on any pasting spot . What other pasters will do is to re-cover the one pasted with any current one they were assigned to post.
I recall on several occasions where IYOM UCHE EKWUNIFE ,the LADY WITH A MIDAS TOUCH meet this set of poster pasters ,like the one that were using OHAMADIKE,S poster to cover her own even in her own place ,she simply stopped ,smiled and begged the boys to please leave some of her own so that people will still see that she,ve her poster alongside ,they boys laughed ,hailed her and started singing her praises which may have provided for them ego mmiri oyi and the boys moved on ,she did that because she knew that in politics that this boys are not even a party member ,they are doing a job just to put food on their family table. Some of them will paste PDP in the Morning ,APC in the noon and APGA at night .
They reminds me of what I witnessed during last Gubernatorial race with OBIANO ,we get to MGBUKA and one man rushed out with BROOM and shouted OJEBEGO and his neighbors said to him sharrap this is PETER OBI not the broom people ,he immediately rushed into his house and came out with IFEANYI UBAH t shirt and shout Ojebe go and they husshhhhhhhhhh him again ,I became more interested and lingered around him more ,he rushed in again and come out with PDP FLAG,PPA VEST,APGA WRAPPER,APC T SHIRT and ask his neighbor to help him and choose the one that is present .
I learnt something that day ,that those people that always shout OJEBEGO are the most confused ,whosoever that buttered their bread even with a painted T shirt will be told IJEBEGO and as soon as you passed ,the next person will be the OJEBEGO .Moving on ?.
Sir Victor Umeh met HON VICTOR ENEH after the Supreme court shifted the hand over of APGA BATTON to the rightful man ,Sir Victor way lay ENEH ,snatched his I PAD and MOBILE PHONE and rained insult on the man?s parents until his retinue of lawyers whisked him away from Eneh and before then Eneh who stood his ground and recovered his items did not flinch not even a bit.
How about if ENEH has allowed him to go with that IPAD AND PHONE and he reported him to some friendly police that will make sure they arrested him for theft ? would that make him a presentable candidate ? how about when he snatched that I pad and ENEH tuo ukani ,mabulu ya tua ya na ani and his Red Cap went flying all over the place ,would,nt that be judged two fighting ?.How about if Eneh had sued him for such attack ?. Sir Victor should know that he is now a candidate and no longer the man that had nothing to lose ,so he should respect self and the party and conduct self a s a man even if he has no gentle attitude in his blood .
Finally I am saying that ,we ndi CENTRAL should send somebody who understands the politics of the day ,somebody who is tested and trusted to hold our spot in the SENATE and if we need aggressive candidate that will represent us in the JUNGLE we now know who to commission and with that I am off but on and back to my HOTEL restaurant for a well deserved vacation.
