The North has no cocoa, oil etc. to engage our brothers; construction has become one of the major sources of income for them.

Instead of the two teaming up to find ways of helping more brothers, they are spending their time undermining each other for a parliamentary slot on the ticket of the NDC.
Yet there is no guarantee that the winner will even get the seat because of the growing demographics of the Tamale Central. Furthermore, there is no assurance that the winner will be made a minister, even if the NDC wins the general election.
This is sad, as though we lack strategy, deep thinking and single agenda. Who says the office of an MP can provide better services than the position the two are holding. Unfortunately, we have a group of hooligans and shallow thinking youth who are spending quality time on social media destroying these personalities, without knowing they are creating documentation on the cyber space, which can one day be used against any of these people.
Typical of the North, in Kufours time, Vice President, Minister for Interior, National Security Advisor, National Security Coordinator and a host of several deputy ministers from the Dagbon. These opportunities were blown away following the death of the overload.
Today in John Mahama?s time; Minister for Roads and Highways, Minister for Employment, deputy minister for trade and several other political appointees and ambassadorial positions. Again the place is ?nyammmaaaaah?.
Characterized by accusation and counter accusation. My information is that there is growing complains by some people that some people from a particular area dominating SADA.
The most painful thing is that I heard about this comment from a staff of one of the major development partners in this country. Come on, we can do better.
As for the youth who are spending their time doing these kind of dirty politics, they should ask themselves how many times they have seen Jerry Rawlings, Kufour, Late Atta Mills and currently John Mahama?s children doing these things. Rather, they are using their time and opportunities fruitfully. What kind of people are we.
We don?t have a single agenda? We need to bury our head in shame. So frustrating and disappointing. You fight for power, you get it and you cannot use it.
God Bless
