The Bentley Taxi. Does It Really Exist?

I keep seeing this picture and it was even used in EL’s video ‘Obuu Mo” but I have never seen it move. Whoever owns this car must be filthy rich. Is he just painting it as a taxi for flex or it is really a taxi. I”m guessing how much it’s going to take for a 2-minute drive.Check it OUT!
