The management of Taysec, a construction services group has relieved Mr Asuama Yeboa Abebrese, the financial controller of his post for an act of dishonesty and abuse of office.
A statement issued in Accra and copied to the Ghana News Agency on Thursday, said Taysec would be taking appropriate legal action to recover and retrieve all company monies and assets lost to Mr Abebrese.
?Taysec wishes to register with the general public an assurance of its continued business and unflinching commitment to the principle of fair dealing and astute corporate governance which has characterised its 66 year-long tradition of law abiding work ethic in Ghana?, it said.
The statement also advised members of the public not to engage in any dealings with Mr Abebrebese on behalf of the company.
