Ghana Statistical Service (GSS) will today, May 31 release the final results of the 2010 National Population and Housing Census, barely two months after the service planned to release as pronounced in February 2011.
On Thursday, February 4 2011, the Statistical Service released a provisional results of the census pegging the country’s population at 24,223,431.
The 2010 census counted Ghanaians and non-Ghanaian residents, age, employment and literacy rate.
The results will be releasesd at the Ministry of Information conference room this morning and OMGghana will update readers on the results.
