My sister and your Daughter

“I couldn’t stop imagining her small fragile body in that cold, insects and reptile infested forest. She is scared and traumatised.

She is Wondering what torture the night will bring to her again. Two nights ago, he forced himself on her, he raped her. Saying he had the right to do so. She has just been forcefully married to him.

She is only 15, she was hurt and in deep pain. No medical attention, as she bled he gave her a piece of his dirty handkerchief to wipe herself. Yes, with that same handkerchief he had been caring for the past four month unwashed.

She cried and wished she is with her mum, dad or siblings. She is worried, not knowing how to tell her mum the horror of losing her virginity to this monster, that is if she will ever get the chance. She feels like an outcast already. With every single day, she loses hope of reuniting with her loved ones.

Tonight the tormentor is coming with a new card, a plan she isn’t expecting or prepared for. Just last week an errant friend to the tormentor was slaughter like a goat in her presence, an horrific sight indeed.
This night the knife is placed in her hands and a gun to her head. She is told to kill the infidel or be killed.

… She cried even more as she put the knife into the man’s throat. With blood gushing out she couldn’t behold the sight as she vomits on the dying man. She has just slaughter a man. She became suicidal as the tormentors kept saying, “You and I are one and the same, you belong here now you have just killed, if you go back out there you will be killed also”. She is beginning to hate her life and herself.

Her innocent mind fainted she will never enjoy the comfort of her bed again or the loving warm embrace of her mother.
She cry even more but her tears are drying up.

And tonight, to avoid any more bruise, slap and punches to her face, with no rescue insight, she will submit her body to him.

He has just tamed her fragile mind and body.

Sadly she is your sister, perhaps your daughter.
She is a Nigerian,
One of over 200 kidnapped from Chibok three weeks ago.

Kill the silence and let’s bring our sisters back home.
