The SILGA CONSTITUENCY IV DEVELOPMENT INITIATIVE BAYELSA STATE, an NGO established by prominent personalities from the area to facilitate the accelerated development of SILGA CONSTITUENCY IV BAYELSA State, ha declared total support for the candidature of Hon. Preye Oseke who is contesting under the People Democratic Party for the constituency 1V seat in the Bayelsa State House of Assembly.
Their decision was unanimously taken at its executive council meeting in Yenagoa, Bayelsa State on the 30th of September 2014. Our position is sequel to the generality accepted opinion poll results showing overwhelming support of the people of the constituency for the candidature of Hon. Preye Oseke, recently conducted by the Bayelsa Centre for Excellent and Good Leadership.
It is also premised on the fact that there is dire need for us to vote for an experienced democrat that is astute and articulate to represent the constituency in the State House of Assembly come 2015.
Therefore, in the pursuit of excellence, competence, integrity and quality representation, we have decided to support Hon. Preye Oseke who is a very experienced and competent candidate for the seat.
We are hereby calling on all constituency IV people , especially the stakeholders to support him and ensure that he is voted into the State House of Assembly in 2015. We need to lay emphasis on competence, credibility and creativity to develop our constituency, hence this clarion call to support Hon. Oseke.
Hon. Preye Oseke should be given the opportunity to represent us in the State House of Assembly come 2015.
We are also using this medium to call on all other interested aspirants to drop their ambitions and support Hon. Oseke to be elected into the State House of Assembly to represent SILGA CONSTITUENCY IV in the 2015 general elections for the betterment of the constituency.
All PDP stakeholders should also ensure that Hon. Preye Oseke is adopted as the sole candidate of the PDP for SILGA CONSTITUENCY IV in the 2015 State Assembly Election as we have made all necessary arrangements to mobilize voters in our constituency to massively vote for him.
