Swiss Super League side have been handed a boost for their pre-season after Ghana attacker Samuel Afum returned to training on Tuesday.
The 22-year-old joined his team-mates at the club?s training complex in Bern on Tuesday as he steps up his recovery after undergoing a knee surgery.
Afum was ruled for two weeks after he went under the knife to get him fit for the new season.
Young Boys coach Uli Forte allowed the former Hearts of Oak playmaker to train allow as he run around and performed light ball works.
He is expected to begin full scale training next week and take part in pre-season friendly games.
