Popular actor, Sam Dede has been appointed as the Director-General of the Rivers State Tourism Development Agency. His appointment was announced in Port-Harcourt by the Rivers State Commissioner for Information and Communication, Mrs. Ibim Semenitari.
With this appointment, he joins the ranks of Nollywood stars such as Richard Mofe-Damijo who have taken up government appointments. A consummate and intense actor, Sam Dede has acted in over 30 films.
