Former Ghana U17 striker Saddick Adams is on the road to recovery for Berekum Chelsea as he is set to start light training next week.
The 22-year-old underwent minor surgery on his left ankle after twisting his leg during a Chelsea training session in Berekum in early November.
The former Atletico Madrid striker is undergoing therapy and will start running next week before resuming ball works.
Adams is expected to be fully fit to play against AshantiGold on 6 January, 2013 in the final match to half the season.
His return will be a massive boost for the Blues campaign as former Arab Contractors midfielder Samuel Kyere also started training a fortnight ago.
He joined the former Caf Champions League campaigners on a one-and-half year contract as a free agent in September.
