How do we recover the many lost grounds on integrity?

How do we recover the many lost grounds on integrity and purpose-driven leadership in this country?. Frankly, we are a headless and pitiful lot. I don’t know what those who disagree feed their minds with. How could you not be prepared to advance just $0.80 per head to thousands of students in the most economically deprived regions of the country for nearly 6 months yet advanced millions of dollars to cronies to plant trees and grow guinea fowls that either burn mysteriously in their first months or fly into an unknown wild respectively? Please say a prayer for the many thousands of poor students.
