Prudential Africa Chief Executive Officer Emmanuel Mokobi Aryee has wrapped up a week-long working visit to Ghana, setting out the insurer’s strategic priorities for 2026 and reaffirming the company’s long-term commitment to the Ghanaian market.
During the visit, Aryee held a series of meetings with management, departmental heads, and agency representatives at Prudential Life Insurance Ghana, reviewing the company’s 2025 performance and identifying areas for improvement. The leadership team used the outcomes to develop a strategic roadmap for 2026 centred on customer-focused solutions, agency transformation, and operational efficiency.
Aryee described the visit as part of a broader business strategy aimed at achieving what the company is calling “limitless growth” and expanding Prudential’s presence across its African markets.
He was accompanied by Raymond Ngoma, Chief Human Resources Officer, and Achumile Majija, Regional Chief Officer for Commercial Execution, Operations and Strategy. The team held a special townhall meeting where Aryee and Ngoma shared insights with staff, reinforced strategic priorities, and facilitated an interactive session that allowed employees to engage directly with leadership on the company’s vision and growth agenda for the year.
Aryee also attended Prudential Ghana’s End of Year Gala and Awards Event, where staff who made significant contributions to the company’s performance were recognised.
Prudential Africa, which began its Ghana operations in 2013, now operates across eight African countries including Cameroon, Côte d’Ivoire, Kenya, Togo, Uganda, Zambia, and Nigeria, serving over 1.7 million customers through a network of more than 13,000 agents and 600 bank branches. Aryee, a Ghanaian, is the first African chief executive to lead the company’s Africa operations.
