Following?the strategy of becoming the MFI household name in Ghana while helping to develop the culture of savings and responsible credit utilization through mutually beneficial partnerships with stakeholders, the company is proud to announce the official opening of its Head Office on Friday 20th September 2013 The new office is located centrally and easily accessible from all parts of the Country.
At a press briefing on Wednesday, 18th September 2013, Mrs. Ruth Amoah ? Koomson, the Chief Executive Officer of the company noted that ProSeed has?witnessed continued growth on the microfinance market during the past years, specifically in Accra and its environs. This new office gives ProSeed the ability to better serve the Ghanaian community while helping people build a better tomorrow.
With the new head office the company is expected to improve service , enhance its cooperate image and increase profitability while maintaining a keen interest in offering credit to small and medium scale enterprises.
Incorporated on the 15th May, 2012, and licensed by the Bank of Ghana on the
1st of June, 2013 to operate as a Microfinance Institution, ProSeed currently boasts of over 2,321 active clients mostly market sellers, artisans, commercial drivers and general merchants.
ProSeed is an active participant in deposit mobilization, providing ways for savings, and ensuring people have the capital needed to advance their dreams by providing customized loans to the public.
The ProSeed organization was born out of the need to alleviate poverty within the urban and rural places in Ghana.
