The Gialloblu have signed the Ghanaian on permanent basis after impressing on his loan deal last season
Parma have completed the signing of Ghanaian holding midfielder Afriyie Acquah from Hoffenheim.
Acquah spent last season on-loan from the German side where he failed to make an appearance.
Hoffenheim accepted a transfer fee around ?2 million from the Italian side where he impressed greatly on his loan spell.
The 22-year-old was sold to Hoffenheim by Palermo in January 2013 for ?2.2m, but after six months was sent out on loan to the Stadio Tardini.
He featured in the 2014 World Cup with Ghana.
