Mr. Daniel Osei-Mensah, their spokesperson, said the herdsmen and their animals were making life miserable for them.
It had led to a marked drop in school attendance as many children from the surrounding villages found it unsafe to walk from their places to school.
He indicated that there had been instances where people had been raped, hurt and murdered.
Mr. Osei-Mensah also complained of the destruction of the only stream running through the area by cattle.
He said solution must be found and this should come quickly.
