The President of the Niger Delta Volunteer Force, Mujahid Dokubo-Asari is on Thursday summoned to the DSS headquarters in Abuja for repeatedly making inciting comments, the Department of State Security.
He is being interrogated for comments believed to be capable of breaching the fragile peace the country currently enjoys.
