NDK Financial Services, a leading non-bank financial institution in the country, last Thursday donated four computers, USBs, accessories and a printer to the Presbyterian Primary and St. Barnabas Anglican Primary schools at Osu, Accra.

This formed part of the company’s social corporate responsibility for this year.

Anthony Quaye, Head of Marketing of NDK Financial Services, who presented the items on behalf of the company’s management, said the company made the provision to enable students of the schools access practical Information Communication Technology (ICT) lessons that will prepare them for the future.

Theresa Okantey and Christina Apafo, headmistresses of Osu Presby Primary School and St. Barnabas Anglican Primary respectively, expressed gratitude to the company and expressed the hope that other corporate organizations would follow suit.

NDK is the oldest company in the finance house category of the non-banking financial services industry in Ghana since it began operations in 1991, prior to the enactment of the Financial Institutions (Non-Banking Law) of 1993 – PNDC 328.

In 2007, NDK underwent a strategic reorientation process. Major changes in internal structures and processes were initiated to ensure that the company meets the changing needs of its customers.

NDK increased its investment in the company’s human capital and upgraded its technological systems in order to improve the quality of service offered to its clients.
