Adewale Israel Adeosun popularly known as MUSHINBOY is hitting the streets again. This?time, not only repp’n his hood he’s hitting the whole of lasgidi with two new smashing hot?singles ATROCITY and DAYANMO.MushinBoy is an indigenous rap artist who is in command of his craft, he knows how to do?his thing and give out the best. His lyrics, always on point and he rhymes like no one else?does better.
MushinBoy who hails from Abeokuta in Ogun state was born and bred in Mushin, Lagos. He was?a member of his church choir where he picked up interest in music and started learning how?to play some musical instruments.
At high school, MushinBoy, Slash and Spooky came together?to form a hard core rap group known as F-Crew and they recorded few songs.
The group?metamorphosed into Street connect when SLV(Soulove whos is now doing music professionally in?Texas, USA) was introduced into the group as a vocalist and Nigeria’s foremost saxophonist,?Yemi Sax who produces most of their jobs.
In 2009, the group went solo and MushinBoy has been working underground to be able to?achieve his goals and desires.
Late 2011, he dropped his first official single (Bena Nii)?as a solo act which heralds the arrival of a gifted and significant new talent under the?management of Real and Vivid Entertainment (RAVE).
Bena nii gained fair airplay, became?street anthem in some parts of Lagos and also topped charts on a Lagos based radio station?over songs like P square’s Alingo, Tuface’s Ihe Neme and the likes.
With the little success of Bena nii, MushinBoy was able to perform at various shows and?concerts in and outside of Lagos and at some industry events among which are Skuki and?friends, Dj Zeez live in Osun, Green Concert, The Shindig Live, Next top talent unveil to?mention but a few.
MushinBoy kept recording ever since. He says DAYANMO and ATROCITY is just a tip of the?iceberg. I am currently in talks with Pheelz and some other top artists for production and?featuring respectively so expect more great tunes from me soon he added.
