The deceased, Alfred Alore, 43, an MTN employee died on the spot on Wednesday morning.
He was a resident of Kayunga along Hoima Road in Wakiso district.
According to eye witness, Alore who was ridding from Bugolobi to Kampala with a helmet on could not respond to a hooting training.
