Miley’s friend Amazon Ashley confirms to?Life & Style?that the 20-year-old got a Rolling Stones-style tattoo while at Kat Von D?s High Voltage shop in LA on Aug. 29.

But when asked where the tattoo is located, Ashley giggled and said, ?You can?t see where it is. I?ll keep you guys guessing!?
