Michael tells the mag that his loved ones and one of his NCIS crew member pals inspired him to lose the weight. ?I learned that if you say you?re meeting someone at 8 a.m. on a Sunday, you have to show up,? he tells?Closer?in his exclusive interview.
Michael swam 22.5 miles with Teri Hatcher and 3,000 others at the Sept. 14 Nautica Malibu Triathlon and is also biking and running regularly to keep his weight in check. ?Hopefully, I?ll be able to make my family proud!?
