Mfantsipim School will inaugurate four (4) Special Task Forces on Wednesday, 22nd April, 2015 at the Alisa Hotels, North-Ridge.
The Special Task Forces include the Mfantsipim Legal Advisory Board, the Mfantsipim Medical Advisory Board / Consortium, the Mfantsipim Green University College Project Special Task Force, and the Mfantsipim ?On-Stage? Production Special Task Force.
The Medical Advisory Board which is chaired by Dr. Nana Arko-Brew will have Mr. Edward Amporful, Mr. Daniel Osae-Akoto, Dr. Kwabena G. Amoah, Dr. Asiedu Bekoe, Dr. Joe Adu, and Dr. Harold Ayetey as members.
The membership of the Mfantsipim On-Stage Production Special Task Force consists of Mr. Gilbert Kow Hagan, Mr. Wakefield Ackuaku, Ms. Cynthia Quartey ? Mfantsipim Teacher, Mr. Anis Haffar, Mr. Richard Forjoe, Mr. Ekow Budu Manuel, Dr. William Amanfu and Mr. Reginald Laryea with Nana Kobina Nketsia V, Omanhen of Essikado Traditional Area, as Chairman.
Also, the Green University College Project Task Force to be co-chaired by Dr. Mohammed Ibn Chambas and Nana Kobina Nketsia V has Mr. Anis Haffar, Brigadier (rtd.) General Daniel Prah, Nana Sam Brew-Butler, Rev. Daniel Ogbamey Tetteh, Mr. Reginald Laryea, Dr. J. A. M. Cobbah, Prof. Franklyn Manu, Prof. Ebow Bondzi-Simpson, Mr. Eric Yankah, Mr. Moses Baiden Junior, and Mr. Magnus RexDanquah as members.
The event is being organized by the School in collaboration with its Mfantsipim Foundation, a registered not-for-profit, non-governmental organisation set up to advance the sustainable and holistic development of the Mfantsipim brand as an end-to-end educational institution of excellence.
According to the Headmaster,?Mr. J. K. A. Simpson?it is the School?s utmost expectation that these personalities will bring their wealth of experience, depth of knowledge, and professional acumen to bear on the work of the selected Special Task Forces.
