Xexe, some telecoms reality check. You might have heard telcos talk about cable and fibre cuts/theft. The photo here is a typical cable cut. It has practically thousands of copper strands with different colours.
Each strand represent a phone line, so when it is cut the telco has to go join it and make sure that each of those small copper strands are joined to their corresponding strand in order to prevent cross-calls.
Xexe, forget about the cost involved, can u imagine how tediuos it is to locate corresponding strands and join them in order to restore service.
Xexe, do u see what fibre cuts and cable thefts are doing to us. I think we should all take a serious view of that matter. I rest my case Xexe.
