It was a first win in the Ghana Premier League on Sunday for Heart of Lions who defeated 
Amidaus Professionals 2-1 in Kpando.
A brace by Nana Egyiry helped Lions to the important victory.
Lions raced into the lead courtesy Egyiry?s double before Daniel Awuni pulled a goal back from the spot after Amidaus won a penalty.
Amidaus, who made an impression in their premiership debut last season are yet to win a match this season.
In Bechem, Ebusua Dwarfs were stunned by the newly promoted side who finished 1-0 winners.
The win was Bechem’s first of the season.
And at the Accra Sports Stadium, a Daniel Kordie goal gave Liberty Professionals a 1-0 victory over King Faisal.
