LIBYA ? Second training module for Libyan media
ROME, Italy, November 23, 2012/African Press Organization (APO)/ ? A second training module for Libyan media personnel began on 17 November, organised by AGI in collaboration with the Association of Italians Repatriated from Libya, with financing from the Directorate General for Political and Security Affairs of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. The project was prepared with the assistance of the MFA?s Press and Institutional Communication Service, the Italian Embassy in Tripoli and the Libyan authorities, in particular the Warrior Affairs Commission, appointed to facilitate the civilian reintegration of militia members. The group of 15 trainees, 5 of whom are women, includes journalists from a variety of Libyan media organs.
