Travel and tours company KSACS Travel and Tours has partnered the 10th edition of the Ghana Beverage Awards (GBA), signalling a deliberate effort to bridge Ghana’s hospitality, tourism, and beverage sectors.

The milestone event, held on April 18, 2026, at the Kempinski Hotel Gold Coast City, brought together industry leaders, policymakers, corporate executives, and key stakeholders for an evening of recognition, reflection, and celebration under the theme “A Toast to 10.”

For KSACS Travel and Tours, the partnership reflects a calculated alignment with platforms that drive standards and shape visitor experiences. Emmanuel Sackey, Chief Executive of KSACS Travel and Tours, said the convergence of beverages and tourism was a natural fit. “Tourism today is driven by experience, and beverages play a central role in how people connect with a destination,” he said, adding that the partnership supports a platform that both recognises excellence and enhances Ghana’s overall hospitality offering.

The tourism-beverage connection was not limited to KSACS. The Ghana Tourism Authority (GTA) also used the occasion to underscore the growing importance of the beverage industry in enhancing tourism, with Deputy Chief Executive Ben Anane Nsiah describing the sector as a key contributor to Ghana’s hospitality and cultural identity.

The highlight of the evening was the announcement of Product of the Year, which was awarded to Malta Guinness, while Bel Aqua secured Water of the Year. Guinness Ghana Breweries Limited received the Legacy Award in recognition of sustained excellence and multiple wins across the award’s decade-long history.

The Ghana Beverage Awards, organised by Global Media Alliance, has over ten years evolved into a credible platform that not only recognises excellence but also drives industry standards, encourages innovation, and strengthens consumer confidence.

Sackey said the partnership also reflects KSACS’s broader strategy of associating with quality-driven platforms. “Every travel experience is built on moments, and often those moments are defined by what people eat and drink,” he said. “Supporting the Ghana Beverage Awards is our way of contributing to an ecosystem that values quality, culture, and memorable experiences.”
