A bloody clash has erupted between the people of Aguleru- Out community and their neighbours in Kogi State. Aguleri- Out is in Anambra North Senatorial District of Anambra State. Our Sources did not give the name of the Kogi State community involved in the disagreement.
Daily Times learnt from reliable sources that the clash is linked to boundary dispute between the two communities. Ownership of a piece of land is said to be at the heart of the boundary conflict.
Three people are said to be missing from Aguleri- Out as a result of the clash.
Boundary disputes are regular occurrences in Nigeria especially in the South East and South -South where claims and counter claims over land ownership have led to the killing of several people.
At other times, properties worth billions of land have been destroyed with houses and other valuables set ablaze by opposing communities over land matters.
