News reaching Spyghana.com indicates that, YFM’s Adaeze Onyinyechie Ayoka, the alleged victim of?kidnapping and gang rape is being transferred to Accra for prosecution.
Starr News can confirm that the alleged kidnapping and gang rape of the Takoradi based radio presenter of YFM Adaeze Onyinyechie Ayoka was staged.
Police and doctors in the Western region have concluded after investigations into the matter that the incident was planned and acted out .
She has been identified as Akosua Apea who hails from the Eastern region.
Starr News can confirm that she is currently being transferred to Accra for prosecution.
A few days ago the police in the Western region said they have located and released the kidnapped female presenter of YFM hours after news broke about her predicament.
Ms Ada, also known as Adaese Oda Onyinyechi, is receiving treatment at a hospital in Takoradi.
A presenter with Radio Maxx ?Feeling Daddy? who was at the hospital told Morning Starr ?she is in a good condition but sleeping now.?
?I didn?t see any serious bruises on her? the only difference I saw on her is that her dreadlocks have been taken off,? he told Kafui Dey Tuesday.
Early today, news from Starr FM indicate that, the Inspector-General of Police (IGP) Mohammed Ahmed Alhassan has directed a fast-track investigations into the kidnapping case involving YFM presenter Adaeze Onyinyechie Ayoka at Takoradi in the Western region, Starr News has gathered.
Ms Ada was allegedly kidnapped for a week by some unknown individuals.
She was rescued Tuesday morning after her kidnappers sexually abused her and circulated her nude photographs on social media.
Doctors treating her say she has regained consciousness after long hours of sedation which prevented investigators from questioning her on the bizarre incident Tuesday.
Although the Takoradi regional police command has taken over the matter, Starr News has learnt the IGP wants the investigations expedited to bring conclusion to the matter as early as possible.
The General Manager of YFM in Takoradi Franklin Siatey also confirmed her release. ?I can say on authority that she has been found. She is currently being treated at the hospital. I?ve not seen her but I?ll be there.?
Ms Ada was held by some suspected five persons. Her kidnappers posted pictures of her being sexually abused by them on social media platforms.
