The Member of Parliament (MP) for Assin-North, Kennedy Agyapong has called on voters to weigh the economic standards in the country and vote against the ruling National Democratic Congress (NDC).Do not give NDC a second term,its dangerous,he said at the well-attended forum.
He reiterated his views whiles addressing a forum held by the NPP to spread the campaign message of the NPP at Aputuogya in the Bosomtwe Constituency on Monday.
According to Mr.Agyapong,the NDC has failed as a government and does not deserve to be given the mandate to have a second term.As such,voters must be conscious not to fall for the lies and deception of the NDC,an act he believes will be a terrible mistake.He also called on the EC to help ensure a free and fair elections and also provide adequate logistics to polling stations on the election day.
Present at the forum were Madam Elizabeth Agyemang, MP for Oforikrom,Mr Stephen Amoah, a member of the party?s national communication team, and Mr Bernard Antwi Bosiako, the NPP Constituency Chairman, who assured that the NPP has plans to implement the campaign promises to help transform the lives of the people.
