President Goodluck Jonathan marched on the campaign trail for the first time this year, accusing the opposition of peddling fear and recycled ideas as he rallied for PDP Presidential and gubernatorial candidates.
In a rare message, President Jonathan called on the youths to move forward, ?The power to move our society, our government, really is in your hands”.
“I have directed INEC on Wednesday to ensure that not 90 percent but 100 percent, all Nigerians must get their voters card and vote in the forthcoming elections”.
“Some people want to take us back to the dark days where voters card are in South Africa and results are announced in Nigeria”.
“We are saying No to them, we must continue moving forward”.
” We are not going back to the days when citizens where harassed, arrested, and detained unlawfully”.
