Ghana coach Maxwell Konadu has been forced to make one change to his starting line-up against Libya on Friday afternoon by replacing Jackson Owusu with Michael Akuffo due to injury, GHANASoccernet.com can exclusively reveal.
The Berekum Chelsea defensive midfielder has picked up a hamstring injury and cannot be fielded against the North Africans in the top-of-the-table Group C clash at the Free State Stadium.
Akuffo was a regular in the starting line-up for Ghana when they lifted the Wafu Nations Cup on home soil last year.
He is captain of defending Ghana Premier League champions Asante Kotoko.
