In a bid to resolve the parallel leadership crisis rocking the Akwa Ibom chapter of Ohanaeze Ndigbo Youth Wing, an interim executive coouncil has been appointed, to co-ordinate its affairs.
It would be recalled that the National President of Ohanaeze Ndigbo Youth Wing, the national, apex Igbo socio-cultural organisation, Chief Okechukwu Isiguzoro, at a town-hall meeting of Ohanaeze Ndigbo Akwa Ibom Chapter, held in Uyo, dissolved the Executive of the State Youth Wing over issues bothering on parallel leadership.
However, the National Executive Council of Ohanaeze Ndigbo Youth Wing, has appointed Mazi Emmanuel Ikechukwu-Jonathan as the interim State Chairman and Mr. Kayceey Chidiadi as the interim State Secretary.
