Contrary to speculation that some Adamawa State governorship aspirants of the Peoples Democratic Party(PDP) have stepped down for Acting Governor Umaru Fintiri, one of the aspirants and former Executive Secretary of Universal Basic Education(UBEC), Dr Ahmed Modibbo said he is much in the race and has not stepped down for anyone.
He said those who were peddling the rumour were doing so for their selfish political interest.
