The donation of the proceeds will be made in collaboration with Citi97.3 FM, an Accra based radio station.

Harvest International Ministries will be partnering with Citi 97.3 FM on Easter Monday to hold medical screenings and parties for children in selected orphanages.

This year, donations will be made to Mama Laadi Orphanage in Bolgatanga, BASCO Missions in Suhum, Handivangelism in Haatso, Rapha in Suhum and a drug rehabilitation centre located at Achimota.

The Chairman of the Planning Committee of Harvest Praise, Daniel Adjei has stated that Harvest International Ministries will “want to reach out and touch lives with the love of Christ during this season (easter).

This season is all about giving. We are saved because Christ gave His life for us and giving can be done in so many ways  – we can give our time, money, resources – or even extend a helping hand to someone who is in need”

We believe that the celebration of Harvest Praise will not be complete without us reaching out to the needy” He added.

He continued that ‘we are partnering with Citi FM on their Easter Orphanage project this year again because as we celebrate the death and resurrection of Christ, we want to extend Christ’s love to these children and their caretakers with our presence and presents’.

In line with this, he encouraged patrons of the program, individuals and organisations to touch a life this Easter with donations at Harvest Praise during the orphanage segment of the program.

Harvest Praise has established itself as a program synonymous with the Easter season and this year’s edition promises to be another refreshing moment in the presence of God for families and individuals.

The program is expected to bring together local gospel musicians such as Ceccy Twum and Ernest Opoku, the evergreen Harvest Gospel Choir, Harvest Theatre and world renowned International gospel music maestro Bob Fitts, whose music and ministry is touching lives all over the world. Harvest Praise is also powered by Citi97.3 FM, MultiTV and MTN.
