The criticism on President Goodluck Jonathan?s purported lackluster battle against insecurity in the country has taken a new twist, as Reverend Obafemi Adeleye, a?Methodist Church?Bishop, says the government has lost the battle.
Adeleye, who believes that Jonathan?s administration has not shown enough seriousness in tackling?security challenges?facing the country, said there is urgent need for improvement in that department as it will go a long way in determining the unity of Nigeria.?Effort of the government in addressing the security problems of the nation is unimpressive. There is nothing to show for the money the government said it had expended on the matter. The President also seems to be showing no concern about the?high level?of corruption in the country. He should sit down and come up with ideas needed to improve the situation.?
